This option could be useful if you constantly have to wait for Outlook to rebuild its data file when you restart. To work around the issue, you will need fixing Microsoft Outlook problems to end all Office processes that are running and disable the presence features. We have tried all things mentioned above (except reconnecting the MS account), but the only solution so far is deleting the users profile.
To determine whether this problem is caused by a corrupted user profile, create a user profile to see whether the problem still occurs when you use the new profile. When you start Windows normally, several applications and services start automatically and then run in the background. These applications and services can interfere with Outlook.
