The team is sweeping all remaining capacity to identify and address residual issues. While these Microsoft accounts work in other Microsoft products (e.g. OneDrive, Windows, Xbox), they are non-functional when visiting Outlook.com. Outlook.com (the web version of Outlook) and Outlook apps require a 1st party alias (Outlook/Hotmail/Live/MSN) to send and receive email, use calendar, etc.
For that, choose Start, type Outlook.exe /safe, and press Enter. This will helps you to reach a solution for Outlook not responding, stuck at Processing, stopped working, freezes or hangs issues. Currently, you can't use Outlook on Windows to edit calendars that are shared with your Outlook.com account, even if you've reconnected your Outlook.com account to Outlook. We're working to make it possible to edit shared calendars in Outlook 2016 for Windows. If you are having issues sending email, this might be due to validation issues with your Microsoft Account.

Visit Firefox support to learn how to Disable or remove Add-ons. You can also Sign out manually then close all browser windows. Some users may not be able to empty their Deleted Items folder. Some customers may not be able to insert GIFs from the Insert Emojis and GIFs button. If you can't open Outlook, or Outlook disappears or crashes, one of your add-ins may be to blame or you Outlook Fix resource center may need to update Outlook.

If you can send email while Outlook is in safe mode, creating a new Outlook email profile should allow you to send email again. Should you decide to remove a profile, back up the data files first. All offline cached content will be deleted when you choose Remove. For more information, see Introduction to Outlook Data Files (.pst and .ost).

This alias will be added to their account as a secondary alias, with the original 3rd party alias will continue to be set up as the primary. Once this step is complete, the user will land in their Outlook inbox and be able to use all Outlook functionality with this new email address. Customers using the contact support buttons at the foot of the support pages, or the "email us" links in support Virtual Agent, are unable to open the Help Pane. Check that you have not accidentally blocked the Gmail domain when blocking one Gmail user.
We are aware that some users may not be able to receive email from Gmail accounts. Although it's not possible at the moment to turn the feature off entirely, you can choose to remove it from your favorites list by right clicking the folder and selecting Remove from Outlook Fix resource center Favorites. This issue has been fixed for Outlook.com country domains.
If you used the workaround below you can now switch from using an Outlook.com alias to your country's domain. Then, each item in your calendar folder is checked for known problems that can cause unexpected behavior, such as meetings that Outlook Fix resource center seem to be missing. There is currently no option to revert to the prior behavior, but we would love to hear your feedback to help us with future designs.
You can start Outlook in safe mode, disable your Outlook Fix resource center add-ins, and then try to open Outlook normally. If you can't open Outlook, or Outlook disappears or crashes, one of your add-ins may be to blame or you may need to update Outlook. Note that you can quickly tell how your mail is currently sorted, by the presence of a small triangle on the field headers.
